We support teachers to inspire future generations of scientists, and we speak up to influence the people making decisions that affect us all.

Our production assistant needs to be someone able to provide exceptionally efficient, wide-ranging fulfilment services that cater for all areas of the organisation.

You will be responsible for distributing materials to our prestigious events and exhibitions as well as ensuring that our highlight successful publications and membership materials are distributed in a timely way to promote all that we do. You will also support the production executives in a varied range of tasks.

This role keeps our international production requirements running smoothly, and is supported by a wider creative team that includes other production experts, as well as the organisation’s copywriters and designers.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills are required together with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
