With a degree in Law and French and a postgraduate diploma in European marketing, Jeanette’s early career was in international business development. Prior to joining the Cambridge Science Park in 2017, Jeanette was Project Director at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus where she helped attract companies including AstraZeneca to the Campus, and created a strong sense of community - an achievement recognised by winning Property Week’s prestigious Place Making Award in 2014. At the Cambridge Science Park, Jeanette is spearheading marketing, community building and master planning. In her first year she was instrumental in securing a £200m investment in the Science Park from TUS-Holdings of Beijing, China.
Although this is a new role for Julie - she joined as Operations Manager in March 2018 - Julie has a fantastic working knowledge of the Park having previously worked for Bidwells as Communications Director where she was responsible for marketing and PR for the Park. As Operations Manager, Julie's goal is help build a greater sense of community. This includes organising and hosting social as well as health and wellbeing events helping to make the Park more than just a place to work. Julie is also involved in the implementation and management of the Park's online activities. Another vital element of this new role is the gathering of feedback from members of the Park to ensure the environment meets their needs.
Partner - R&D and Office Agency
Max has over 15 years’ experience managing the disposal, marketing and acquisition on a wide variety of office and R&D accommodation both from pre-let opportunities to speculative available stock. Max works with a wide cross-section of clients from landowners consulting on strategic development sites to occupiers who are the end users. Max is responsible for the day to day running of the R&D and office agency team for Bidwells in Cambridge including the property lettings and handling enquiries from businesses interested in locating or growing on the Park.

George is responsible for property lettings and handling enquiries from businesses interested in locating on the Park.

Jeremy graduated with a Geography degree initially, and after completing a further Surveying course at The College of Estate Management in Reading, he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996. Having been at Bidwells for almost 22 years, Jeremy acts for Trinity College on a number of their portfolio`s and has had responsibility for Cambridge Science Park since 2006; specialising in portfolio management, Landlord and Tenant matters, property leasing, refurbishments, restrictive covenants and strategic reviews. He heads up a small team which manages the Park along with 6 multioccupied buildings, the Innovation Centre, Healthclub, Trinity Centre and associated service charges.
Having worked for multiple companies on the Cambridge Science Park, Adrienn brings a wide range of experience within facilities management. She currently deals with all aspects of the day-to-day functions of the Park including property inspections, landlord and tenant liaison, H&S compliance, appointing and monitoring contractors, dealing with issues relating to all of the multi-occupied buildings. Demonstrating a pragmatic approach to cost-effective facilities management, she is often described as a quick thinker and great problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation. She also runs the Facilities Management SIG for the Park.
