FREE workshop for start-up companies on how to develop your IP strategy

The Bradfield Centre

It is argued that over 80% of a company’s value is attributed to intangible assets. However, with the exception of some companies, it is still common that IP assets remain poorly managed due to the lack of management tools and approaches. While startups are often aware that they very much depend on their IP, they not only lack the resources but also tools to manage their IP.

If you believe that IP is important to your business, but you do not know how to go about developing an IP strategy, this workshop is for you.

The University's Innovation and IP Management (IIPM) research group is developing a workshop-based approach to developing IP strategies. They want to trial this novel approach with start-ups.  During the workshop you will develop a roadmapping based IP strategy for your company, while providing feedback to the IIPM to help them further improve the tool and workshop process.
