If employees feel valued, engaged and committed they will go the extra mile for you, believe in your mission and contribute to company growth and success.

Team Leaders / New Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing employees to fulfil business goals. From the day to day running of the business they are the main point of contact between the senior management and staff, providing guidance, instruction, motivation as well as feedback to the employees.

We are offering a series of sessions to include all the elements that a new manager may experience. This course comes with model documents and templates that are available to delegates to use back in the workplace.
