Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to help us continue to deliver on our promise. The purpose of the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide a wide range of administrative support across all areas of the business, as well as acting as the first point of contact for visitors, answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails.

Working as part of a small collaborative team, the Office Administrator supports our Office Manager in executing the important behind-the-scenes administrative functions that keep all of the teams in Endomag functioning well, creating a great working environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

·     Meeting visitors and answering incoming calls.

·     Consumable and stationery ordering.

·     Lunch orders for meetings and room booking coordination.

·     New starters and leavers IT coordination.

·     Office calendar management.

·     Worldwide travel bookings.

·     Assisting with conference bookings.

·     Visa, permits and all supporting travel requirements.

·     Opening and distributing incoming mail.

·     Liaising with contractors on-site and booking appointments.

·     Assisting with office events.

·     Facilities support.

·     Acting as Fire Warden.

INDIVIDUAL SPECIFICATION

Qualifications

    ·       Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience and Knowledge

    ·    Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar administration role.

    ·     Travel booking knowledge and experience is essential.

    ·     Experience of working in a busy office environment within a team and independently.

Abilities and Skills

·         Excellent organisational skills, able to plan and prioritise, juggling priorities and unplanned work and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.

·        Good written skills demonstrated in a range of contexts.

·        Strong verbal communications skills, including excellent telephone manner, confident to initiate and participate in conversations with visitors.

·        Strong attention to detail, you’re able to produce work with a high accuracy.

·        A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to work to deadlines.

·        Proactive and able to make suggestions about operational improvements.
