Simulation towards a sustainable future

  • Date 20 Apr 2022

Registration is now open for Ricardo’s unique, innovative event which will be held on 26 and 27 May. The free event will be staged entirely in a virtual environment and will showcase how leading-edge tools and solutions are being used to solve engineering challenges towards a net-zero and sustainable future.

Delegates will watch live presentations, have access to on-demand webinar and training content and meet other participants and Ricardo experts as if they were in the same physical location – without having to leave their own office.

Nick Tiney, Product Management Director for Ricardo Software said: “Ricardo is at the forefront of developing global, low carbon solutions. Our most recent software release, which came out at the beginning of April, focuses on using High Performance Computing ultimately to reduce tailpipe emissions. We look forward to welcoming customers from around the world to showcase this new capability.”

The two-day event is entirely free to attend and will feature presentations from leading transport original equipment manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers and Ricardo experts across two concurrent technical sessions: electrification, hybridisation and fuel cell technology; and internal combustion engine solutions using new fuels for net zero and a sustainable future. On day two, Ricardo experts will host a series of workshops demonstrating how the company’s products, for low-carbon solutions, can quickly reduce time to market.
