Heraeus Electronics, a leading supplier of materials solutions for packaging technology, received the Excellent Supplier of the Year 2020 Award from Tianshui HT-Tech, a leading semiconductor assembly and testing company, based in China.
On 21 April 2021, the award was presented in recognition of Heraeus Electronics’ long-lasting relationship as a reliable strategic partner, its contribution to HT-Tech’s rapid market growth, and its symbiosis with HT-Tech’s business. In the last decade it was the first time that HT-Tech honored a materials provider.
