Book Club
A bit of a disappointing read for July, with The God of the Woods not really fulfilling the thriller criteria and some odd moments especially the ending! The book received a rating of just 1.9/5 – the second lowest rating of all time!

When Breath Becomes Air – a similar vein to the book we read by Henry Marsh
Strange Houses by Uketsu – I started this last night and it is very odd but only 99p on Kindle if anyone else is keen!
This month we will be reading Daisy Jones and the Six by Taylor Jenkins Read to fulfil our ‘beach read’ fix and then next month we will be taking on Persuasion by Jane Austen as it is the 250th anniversary of Austen’s birth this year.
