Xaar offers free educational seminars at its booth at Ceramics China 2013

  • Date 20 May 2013

Xaar, the world’s leading independent supplier of industrial inkjet printheads, will deliver its new seminar programme for tile manufacturers on its booth (K201) at Ceramics China (29 May- 1 June 2013, Guangzhou). The seminars are an important part of Xaar’s ethos of enabling manufacturers to get the best value from its technology.

Digital decoration of ceramic tiles is growing rapidly as manufacturers take advantage of the considerable benefits of inkjet. To meet the industry’s need for comprehensive information about the technology and how to get the most out of it, Xaar will present a series of free training seminars aimed at production and maintenance teams within ceramic tile manufacturing companies on its booth in Hall 8.1. The 20-minute seminars take place daily at 11:00 hrs, 14:00 hrs and 16:00 hrs and focus on:

  • The importance of using the correct waveform and approved inks
  • The importance of correct printhead handling and maintenance
  • Getting the most out of your Xaar 1001-based printer

In addition, Xaar is running in-depth training sessions throughout the year at tile factories or central locations throughout China designed to meet specific needs and interests.

Companies attending Xaar’s Ceramics China seminars can discuss and arrange their own events with Xaar personnel during the show.

“Our seminars at Ceramics China will provide practical guidance to tile manufacturers direct from Xaar. Those who attend will also pick up some useful information on how to get the very best in terms of performance and productivity from digital inkjet tile printers using the Xaar 1001. We are committed to on-going support of the Chinese ceramics industry community, which is why we are running this programme at the show,” says Bob Bobertz, General Manager, Xaar China.
