CTT Appoints Howard Ford as Chairman at Important Stage in Company’s Growth

Cambridge Touch Technologies, is pleased to announce that Howard Ford has joined the
company as Chairman of the Board. Howard brings over 30 years’
experience in technology companies operating from the US, UK and
France. He is currently Chairman of Datapath Ltd and was previously
Chairman of Pyreos Ltd, Displaydata Ltd, Light Blue Optics Ltd, Cambridge
Semiconductor Ltd, Filtronic plc and Varioptic.
CTT’s unique piezoelectric UltraTouch technology enables product
designers and providers of ubiquitous capacitive touch systems to bring
compelling new solutions to market. With growing customer demand and
a robust pipeline of diverse opportunities, CTT’s UltraTouch will provide a
new level of useful and intuitive interactivity to devices compared to
today’s conventional experience. Beginning with our launch customers in
the consumer electronics, automotive and industrial markets, CTT’s
piezoelectric UltraTouch is expected to be introduced in next-generation
products in the near future. In support of this, it is timely that Howard
has joined to help lead the Company through this next phase of growth.
