Trinity College and managing agent, Bidwells is today launching an on-line tenant support service which is designed to assist the Cambridge Science Park’s tenants with matters relating to their property occupation.
In conjunction with TAP (Tenant Assistance Program) they have assembled a portal which hosts a range of relevant Science Park-related data as well as providing the ability for tenants to upload their own proprietary documents into a secure area, so that 24/7 access to all relevant documents is achievable.
TAP will also be providing tenants with a monthly eNewsletter on general property matters, so that they are kept up to date with current industry matters.
Bidwells are proud to be supporting this pioneering initiative as part of their drive to enhance their customer-service offering, by employing contemporary technology into the property management process
