We’re looking for a persuasive and influential Systems Engineer who can work cross-functionally with multiple, diverse teams promoting good Systems Engineering practices to engineers and management alike.

 

About the Role

Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, this role provides a key component of the Project Engineering team.  It supports the development organisation, in executing a product roadmap delivering differentiated and high quality products to market.  It will facilitate the execution of the roadmap using the defined HUBER+SUHNER Polatis product evolution process.  Providing a comprehensive interface between the engineering teams, operations, supply chain and quality this role will own and execute the systems engineering process to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

About You

To be successful you’ll need to have a passion for Systems Engineering as well as proven experience as a Systems Engineer within a software or electronics product environment. You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of the entire engineering lifecycle from requirements elicitation through design, development and transfer to manufacture.  You will have experience in embedding system engineering practices, requirements management, design for manufacture and design for cost, across all levels of an organisation.  So if your real-world vision is innately systems orientated and you excel in communicating and implementing that vision to achieve product realisation then we would really like you to apply – come and talk to us!
