Job Profile

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer with Cloud Development Experience using AWS or Azure in AVEVA’s Common Cloud Platform team. You will work on innovative services built with the Cloud in mind providing the foundations for AVEVA’s cloud software. Principal Accountabilities

·       Develop highly available multi-region cloud first services that are utilized by the whole of AVEVA’s cloud software footprint.

·       Develop reusable Packages to be utilized by internal and external consumers.

·       Work as part of a highly skilled Agile development team

·       Produce high quality code with an emphasis on reliability and scalability

·       Collaborate with other team members on design and planning

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required 

Essential Skills & Experience

·       C#/Javascript/Typescript

·       ASP.Net Core API Apps

·       REST API Design Principles

·       Proven strong design and coding skills with a reputation for delivering quality results quickly

·       A strong desire to own and solve challenges

Desired Skills & Experience

·       AWS or Azure Development using Serverless Frameworks

·       Web Development using Angular

·       Open ID Connect
