We are now looking for an experienced sales operations manager to help support our growing business and help shape our future go to market activities. You will be involved in both sales operations and enablement with the following key tasks and responsibilities.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in delivering high quality proposals, including responses to RFIs and RFPs and improve and manage our processes and resources to ensure efficient, effective and timely responses

     

  •          Work closely with other parts of the Linguamatics organisation in the US and Europe, especially those in customer facing roles, but also marketing, finance and legal teams

  •          Contribute to the effective running of the business development organisation by maintaining the relevant sales administration documentation, SOPs, policies and processes and applying best practice. Look for ways to eliminate bottlenecks and simplify processes

  •          Work with marketing and inside sales to optimize the lead qualification process

  •          Assist with setting up and monitoring of the appropriate KPIs, including territory targets

  •          Manage licensing and pricing policy including pricing reviews and pricing of new products and offerings

  •          Organise regular territory and pipeline review meetings and provide pipeline analysis dashboards and reports to monitor progress versus objectives

  •          Train new staff on sales tools and systems

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales/sales operations role

     

  •          Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  •          Highly motivated self-starter and team player

  •         Highly computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  •          Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability

  •          Ability to multitask and manage and deliver projects on time with high quality 

  •          Educated to degree level or above
