In the current employment climate, attracting the highest calibre candidates can be challenging at the best of times. Brand names are not enough anymore, the likes of Google and Ticketmaster setting up offices that look better than a playground to a child and benefits schemes becoming larger and larger, competing for a voice requires innovation, thought leadership and determination.

Our latest event will explore the best ways to attract talent with views from every angle of the hiring industry. Our panel is made up of recruitment industry leaders including; Andy Wire – Seneca Search, Cairene Gilbert - BNP Paribas, Mark Saunders – Owlstone & Undo and David Mills - Mills & Reeve aiming to provide insight on how to lead your organisation to victory.

Blending cultures and Recruitment Strategy

Cairene has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources. Her current role as Head of HR provides her with the opportunity to influence and build relationships with Senior Executives in order to shape and prioritise the HR agenda at board level. Cairene truly believes that an organisation's best asset is its people and is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally.

Cairene believe it is important to keep learning professionally and personally and has recently started a qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. When Cairene is not taking part in Les Mills classes at the gym, walking or trying new restaurants with her partner Jason she enjoys spending time with family and friends at home.
