Christmas lunch - cookery demo & talk

Dave Grave, Chef of the Bradfield Centre will be sharing his top tips for a stress free Christmas lunch and clever ‘cheats’ on how to make your festive food look impressive and eye catching without spending too much time on preparation. Make sure you spend more time with your guests and less time in the kitchen.

Dave does not forget Boxing Day!  He will be coming up with more inventive ways to use your leftovers and surprise your guests.

Do join us over a glass of wine for what should be an enjoyable and interesting event.

Places are limited – there is a £5 charge per person to cover materials, payable on the evening.
