Feeling stressed? Dealing with colleagues, friends or family who are stressed? Feel you are being judged by others?

Join this online session and learn some hands-on tools to help you identify what your personal stressors are, how to understand them, and how to combat them for the long term. You will also discover behaviours, mindsets and practical tools to help you take charge of your life.

The session will also explore our fear of being judged, or perceived in certain ways, and how to release this so we can make the choices in life that are right for us.  The presentation includes 15 top tips on how to handle stress and control our reaction to it – enabling us to take away actions to help our individual situations or those around us. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during and after the  webinar.

This session is being run by Mari Williams, founder of Mind Architect.  Mari is a qualified coach, mentor and therapist. Mari speaks regularly on the BBC and is a mentor at The Judge Institute at the University of Cambridge.
