Programme:

Session 1 (12:30 – 12:40): Welcome, by TusPark UK

Session 2 (12:40 – 13:30): Main Lecture, by Expature

Expature speakers Eva Tarabichi and Zarine Jacob combine their rich experience in helping people develop cultural intelligence.

Eva is an intercultural coach and trainer who carries a degree in Sinology and has worked in both Beijing and Shanghai. Zarine is an experienced leadership coach & facilitator across cultures for over 16 years, designing & delivering leadership development work internationally. She is a founder member of the Human Conductivity Institute, a global interdisciplinary think-tank empowering relationships, people & planet

The event will offer you key insights into working effectively with China using cultural intelligence:


- Key concepts to be aware of to excel in your Chinese business relations

- Effective intercultural communications in the Chinese context

- Understand the key findings from Neuroscience to enable effective intercultural working
