Are you running a fast growing business and struggling to come to terms with all the competing demands that this brings?

Join us at the EY Insight day on Tuesday, 5 February 2019 at the Bradfield Centre, Cambridge.

Not only is this an opportunity to meet the local EY team and hear from a range of our specialists on how to address many of the challenges facing fast growth companies, it is also a fantastic chance for you to network with business leaders who face similar challenges to your own.

At this event you will meet and hear from a variety of key topic specialists, through a series of break out groups. We will also be on site after the event for one to one conversations on these or other challenges you may be facing.

Key topics will include :

The Seven Drivers of Growth
EY has run more than 30,000 growth-related workshops with clients around the globe, 2,700 of which were in the last year. This session will help to share a range of insights as to how peer organisations balance their choices to drive growth and specific headlines from EY’s recent Growth Barometer study.

Performance and Reward
The right approach to remuneration is critical to align your key talent with your objectives as a business.
