Corporate Communications and Marketing SIG

This SIG is open to everyone who works in a Communications, PR or Marketing function on the Science Park.

The aim of this first meeting is for us all to get to know each other, and  to agree objectives and topics for future meetings. Lunch will be provided before the meeting starts from 12-12.30.

The SIG will be chaired by Faye Holland of Cofinitive.

Topics to be considered for discussion at future meetings:

Strategic Marketing – corporate reputation, planning, message and content development

Marketing Communications – PR, events, content generation, broadcast and print, social media, KPIs

External Communications – agencies, channel partners, media, government, industry bodies, educational institutions, community relations, general public

Corporate Affairs – reputational management, media relations, crisis management, policy strategy, M&A

Internal Communications – employees, stakeholders, shareholders

Employee Engagement – retention, recruitment, change management

Branding – development and ethos

Product Marketing – positioning, messaging, route to market
