Did you know that the creamy chicken Korma was voted the most popular curry in the UK in the latest National Curry Week poll?

If you want to learn how to recreate the perfect Chicken Korma then you need look no further than the Cooking up a Curry demonstration by Hoque, Chef at the Trinity Centre. Not only will Hoque demonstrate how to make a delicious Korma, he will also let you into some of the curry trade tips of combining ingredients and spices. Most importantly he will teach you how to make the perfect rice every time!

To further tempt your taste buds you will also be shown how to make beautiful bhajis , perfect poppadoms and mouth - watering mango chutney. And best of all you will be able to taste everything afterwards either in the Trinity Centre or have it as a takeaway!

To reserve your place please email Julie.bushell@cambridgesciencepark.co.uk There is a charge of £10 per person payable on the day. The demonstration starts at 5.30pm and ends at 6.30pm
