Cambridge has a wonderful choice of shops...from independent boutiques and major chain stores to daily and weekly markets, there is something for everyone.

Town Centre 

The city’s smaller streets house a wealth of independent shops selling everything from hand-crafted jewellery to antiquarian books, traditional toys to objects d’art. The Market Square hosts a seven days a week market. All the major supermarkets can be found in Cambridge including Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Tesco. Market Hill hosts daily markets and on Sundays a Farmers’ Market with arts, crafts and antiques.

Beehive Shopping Centre

The Beehive Shopping Centre is lovated on Coldhams Lane in Cambridge. The shopping area offers free parking and a variety of well known shops including HomeSense, TK Maxx Pets at Home, Next and Hobby Craft. 

There are a number of coffee and foot outlets, including M&S Simply Food, ASda and Costa.

winter fair

Mill Road, Cambridge

Mill road is a mile long stretch of independent cafes, delis, shops and international restaurants. Just a short walk from the city centre, the street offers visitors an exciting alternative side of the city.

There is also a micro brewery, record shop, and Chinese supermarket. 

Each year in December, Mill Road plays host to the Winter Fair.
