This event is fifth in a new series of large events run by Cambridge Network which will be held during the Autumn–Winter of 2011-12. They will feature high profile speakers and all will be introduced by Hermann Hauser, serial entrepreneur and Cambridge Network director.

The Vice-Chancellor is the principal academic and administrative officer of the University. Professor Sir Leszek Borysiewicz was installed as the 345th Vice-Chancellor on 1 October 2010.
Dr Robert Winter OBE is Director, Academic Health Science System, Cambridge University Health Partners and Joint National Clinical Director, Respiratory Programme for the Department of Health. He is a respiratory physician with 20 years experience as a consultant working in Cambridge and in London. He was appointed OBE for services to medicine and healthcare in the New Year honours, 2009.
