KISS team continues to grow with the appointment of Kelly Da Silva Fernandes

Cambridge, 18 September 2013: Following a succession of new account wins, KISS Communications, part of the KISS Creative Group, continues to grow its rapidly expanding team with the appointment of Kelly Da Silva Fernandes to the position of Senior Account Manager.

Kelly brings an impressive portfolio of B2B and B2C client experience to the agency, including involvement in high profile brands such as Volkswagen, Diageo, Morrisons, BlackBerry, Vodafone and Coca Cola.  One of Kelly’s key areas of specialism is retail marketing. This retail focus has been broadened and strengthened recently by working on the marketing strategy and implementation for The Trafford Centre in Manchester.

Prior to joining KISS, Kelly has held senior positions at AL Marketing Communications, The Marketing Store and ARC Worldwide/Leo Burnett in London.

Commenting on her new position at KISS, Kelly said: “I am passionate about excellent client service and take a calm yet highly focused approach to account management.  In previous roles I have always strived to add value wherever possible, getting under the skin of the target consumer to provide a strong creative brief.  I am very excited to be joining KISS and its team of marketing experts and am looking forward to the challenges ahead.”

Kelly will report to Sarah Reakes, Strategy Planner at KISS.  Sarah said: “Kelly will be a real asset to the agency.   A number of significant new account wins has necessitated the need to recruit additional team members.  Account management plays a pivotal role within the agency and getting the right person is critical to the successful partnership of any client relationship.  We believe Kelly has all the attributes for this role.”
