Owlstone Ltd., a developer of next-generation chemical detection products, is currently seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join its team based in Cambridge, UK.
The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembly and QC testing of Owlstone’s hand held chemical detector. Work will be varied inc. materials inspection, stock control and part cleaning.
Prior experience of assembling high tech electro-mechanical products is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have very good attention to detail, experience working in clean – room environments, be familiar with ESD control measures and competent with Microsoft Excel.
The candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude. An appreciation of the importance of Quality in a high tech manufacturing environment is essential.
