We are looking for a Room Supervisor to lead a team based at our Nursery on Cambridge Science Park. To be successful you should have a minimum NVQ L3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent and experience of supervising staff.
The role will involve coaching and mentoring staff to achieve the higest results and you will lead by example. You will have a clear understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and communicate effectively at all levels.
