Cook up a storm with Bidwells’ charity cookbook – Make Me, Eat Me!

Leading property consultancy Bidwells has launched a charity cookbook as part of its fundraising celebrations to mark their 175th year in business. Pictured is the launch for the cookbook at Bidwells’ 175th year event in the Napp Pharmaceuticals building on the Cambridge Science Park.

Make Me, Eat Me! is packed with 175 great recipes from celebrities (such as Ed Sheeran and Raymond Blanc), clients, the charities Bidwells supports as well as their own supporters and ‘Bidwellians’ themselves.

All proceeds from the sale of the 3,000 copies will be donated to the five local charity children’s hospices the Firm is supporting across England and Scotland. These include:

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), Pepper Foundation, ROSY Foundation, Leo’s Appeal at Milton Keynes Hospital and Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS).

Recipes include:

  • Ed Sheeran: Chicken Wraps
  • Raymond Blanc: Hot Smoked Salmon
  • The Ivy: Twice Baked Montgomery Cheese Soufflé
  • Trinity College Cambridge: Burnt Cream
  • Art dealer Ivor Braka: Chilli Crab Pasta
  • And many more from ‘Bidwellians’, their families and their charity partners
